MEET Coach Teeyah
When I was an athlete I always knew I wanted to do something that consisted of changing lives or helping people. At the time I didn’t know exactly what that was so I started with teaching kids how to swim. This came naturally to me because I was a national and international competitive swimmer. When my career came to an end I started lifting weights to keep myself active and I loved it. One thing led to another and I began training a few clients. From that point on I knew that was where my passion was so I decided to go ahead and start my own business.
1-ON-1 TRAINING
1 Hour Private Session with me. Each session is designed to your specific needs and goals.
2-ON-1 TRAINING
1 Hour Session. If you are not quite comfortable or confident coming in for a session on your own then this would be perfect for you. You can come in for a session with a family member, friend or significant other.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
(3-5 People)
1 Hour Session.
If you're looking for something that is more cost effective then this would be best for you.

If your team is looking to become stronger, more powerful, more driven and just better overall I will introduce you to a training system outside of your regular team practice system.
ONLINE TRAINING
4 Week Personalized Written Program that can be done in your home or at a gym.
